Data Collection
SignList does not collect, transmit, or share any data. The app has no server, no account system, no analytics, and no advertising. Nothing you enter into the app — names, sign-in/sign-out times, signatures, or your custom logo — ever leaves your device.
Local Storage
All information you add (people, registers, times, signatures) is stored locally on your device, protected by iOS’s built-in device encryption. SignList does not have access to this data once it is deleted from the device, and no backup or copy is retained by us.
Exporting Data
If you choose to export a register as a PDF or CSV file, that file is created on your device and shared only through the destination you select (e.g., email, AirDrop, Files). SignList does not receive a copy of anything you export or share.
Account & PIN
The optional name, PIN, and recovery code you set up are stored locally on your device only, to protect access to the app. They are never transmitted anywhere.
Children’s Privacy
Because SignList does not collect any data at all, it does not collect personal information from children either, consistent with COPPA and similar regulations.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the update will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
